Concert on Festival Plaza by Brian Kirk & the Jirks.

Harvest Moon Rises Over Pier Village. Outdoor dining (with
participating restaurants). Gaze at a stunning backdrop of the
Harvest Moon reflecting over the Atlantic and revel with a beautiful
early fall evening with fabulous fare and drinks al fresco.Pier

FREE – ALL AGES WELCOME! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
“Scarecrow Building” and “The Great Pumpkin Hunt” on the
beach! To participate, bring old clothing to create your most unique
scarecrow. Additional clothing will be donated to bene?t clients of
