I frequented Red Bank Pizza and dined upstairs for years. When they reopened I thought was the same place and couldn’t wait to dine there again. Apparently, there are different owners. Anyway, I was very disappointed. They was mediocre and very pricey. I don’t mind paying the price for quality, but they try to pawn off crappy cold cuts as Boar’s Head and charge $12 for a burger. Its a pizzeria not NYC. Its is also not a very pleasant environment. There is a lot of yelling going on downstairs that you can hear in the dining room. And thought the rest of the staff is friendly, they don’t know what the hell they r doing. Very disappointed. I just want the old Red Bank Pizza back.

My sandwiches are always good, and when I was there I happened to see the Thumanns truck in the parking lot.maybe you should try it again.when you posted your comment they were only opened 2 weeks. It takes time to get a good business going.

The food is certainly NOT horrible. The place just opened, so I’m sure they are working out the glitches in service and food prep. While the food may be pricey, I’m sure their rent is stiff being pretentious Red Bank (probably the reason Chiafullo’s moved). After living in NYC for 5 years, the only thing I miss the most is the pizza. I find it REALLY HARD to believe that people actually thought Red Bank Pizza (Chiafullo’s or as we referred to it…Sh*t flows) was good. I’m SO glad they moved to Navesink. Mangia Mangia has excellent pizza. Their pizza is the best in Red Bank as far as we’re concerned. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I recently ordered a pizza from Mangia Mangia it was made with fresh ingredients and was excellent. I feel it is the best pizza around in the area. Will definitely order again!

I took my family there twice, both time the service was prompt, friendly and attentive. The food was always hot, fresh and delicious. The dinning room was nicely decorated in a Tuscan theme and was comfortable and inviting. Of course the most important thing(to me) is the food, the selection of dishes were great, something for everyone, fresh/flavorful/delicious…. I WILL BE RETURNING!!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing meal and beautiful atmosphere at Mangia Mangia. I love the fact that PARKING is plentiful as it is just a few blocks away from “restaraunt row”. Don’t be fooled by the building outside… What appears to be a small “old pizzeria”— on the inside is “Old world Tuscany”. The Tuscan atmosphere is pleasing to the eye. The service was wonderful and most importantly— FOOD— so much of it — that one meal could easily be shared. The appetizers were out of this world– and so were the desserts. If someone asks about where to go in Red Bank— no brainer here…. Mangia Mangia is a new found secret–I will share it with all of my family and friends!

Just tried this restaurant & thought the food was great. The service was even more amazing than the food, we had a great waitress named Alex – if you go make sure to ask for her, she made the dining experience even more enjoyable!!! Will definetly go back

Mangia Mangia is great! The food is amazing, they use fresh ingredients. I found out that they have a chef from Sicily. The service is great and this place is definitely new and improved.

Mangia Mangia is amazing! The food is delicious and I can’t wait to go back again. It’s a great new restaraunt and the food is absolultey mouthwatering! It makes you want seconds but the meals are soo big you won’t have any room for more! Great service as well!!

The dining room is beautifully decorated!! The chef is a true expert… the pizza is up to date, too bad there isn’t more counter space to display it. The elements are there for a superior operation, if only the ownership and staff could demonstrate the anticipated level of professionalism… these are tough times to open any new business, so I will go back again with my fingers crossed.
