Tomorrow's Chefs – Fresh Baked in Monmouth County.
It is with great pleasure that we extend an invitation to you to visit the Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County. This newly renovated facility has state-of-the-art kitchens, an innovative curriculum, and an exceptional staff of chef instructors to offer future culinarians the opportunity to study in an optimal learning environment.
The Center offers Associate degrees, Certificates and Letters of Recognition in Culinary Arts, geared toward people of diverse ages and experiences.
There are relevant, hands-on and classroom opportunities for students ranging from beginners to working chefs who want to brush up on or add to their skills. Program participants can join the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Vocational Industrial Clubs of America (VICA)and participate in food preparation competitions.
An integral part of the program is the required externship. Culinary Arts participants put their learning to work in hospitality positions in our area, throughout the nation, and even abroad.
Because the hospitality industry is growing so quickly, the need for highly trained professionals to work in our area’s hotels and restaurants is enormous. We are building a community of professionals in the food service industry. Our goal is to take the Culinary Education Center of Monmouth County to the forefront of culinary education.
Please join us at the Center. Call (732) 988-3299 to arrange a tour.
Call a Brookdale admission representative at (732) 224-2371 to begin your career in Culinary Arts.
