2.  BFC gives you small group and one-on-one hand on coaching and hard-nosed accountability from me personally, instilling into your mind and life the fitness and nutrition habits for radical and rapid improvement.

About the Body Fat Challenge
 
 
Q: How does the Body Fat Challenge work?
 
A: BFC is a 6 week coaching program. Some weeks you will meet with me (or a key member of my staff) personally, some weeks we will meet as a group.
 

In our first meeting your basal metabolic rate (BMR), body fat and weight will be recorded using our state of the art body fat program so we my have baseline data on you. We will also generate results proven weekly meal plans for you to follow based on your specific weight loss, fat loss and fitness goals.

My trainers will personally design your exercise program based on your goals, which you will follow at home, in our studio and with your personal trainer (we will also assign you a personal trainer to motivate and train you during the 6 week contest).

Every 3 weeks we will meet for re-assessment, instruction and education, privately or in a small group. Your nutrition and exercise regime will be closely monitored. We will hold you accountable to it – This is how radical and rapid results are produced.

If you encounter obstacles, we will show you how to overcome them.
We work together as a team for 6 solid weeks, every week you move closer to your goal. Transformation is guaranteed with this high level of accountability and precise, personalized fitness and nutrition programming.

At the end of the 6 weeks all of your measurements will be taken one final time and the Challenger with the greatest percentage of body fat lost will be selected (there will also be other categories where we select winners). Q: Who exactly is the Body Fat Challenge for?

A: BFC is for men and women aged 18 – 80 who want significant, measurable fitness results in just 6 weeks. If you want your best body, best performance and best health, this is the scientific system for achieving it. You are welcome to tell you spouse or a friend about the program and have them apply as well.

Q: How is this different than your personal training services?

A: BFC is a comprehensive program combining exercise and nutrition, precise, personalized nutrition programs are developed for each BFC Challenger in addition to metabolic typing or blood typing. Exercise programs are designed specifically for each Challenger as well. Your exercise program is monitored and adjusted by my staff or me to ensure you get maximum results in minimum time.

*You must work out with a Mike Duffy Personal Trainer at least once a week (more if you want), take our Body Fat Boot Camp classes, follow a proven nutrition plan, use our cardiovascular equipment and take advantage of our coaching program during the contest. We have specific Body Fat Challenge Packages for the 6 week period! Bottom line is that we are bending over backwards to give you the most amount of motivation for the least amount of money.

Q: What if I’m already a personal training client at Mike Duffy’s Personal Training?

A: Great, you’ll pay a $100 contest fee to cover 3 body fat measurement assessments, nutrition program, seminars, and email and text coaching.  We’ll discuss how to adapt your current training program to be aligned with the BFC. You do not need to make any adjustments to your program, we will handle everything. By the way, you will be able to attend as many Boot Camp classes during the 6 week contest for FREE!

Q: What kind of results can I expect in 6 weeks?

A: This will be based on your specific goals. We will spend a considerable amount of time in your first meeting determining exactly how aggressive you want to be, and then we will create your program accordingly. With your commitment and our coaching, instruction and accountability, you can expect substantial, dramatic, transformational results. I can say that the most any client has lost during the 6 week BFC has been 48.5 lbs. The highest percentage of body fat lost was 13.79% and the most money won was $4,500! These are the records during the past 15 years we have been running this contest.

Q: How can you make such a bold claim about the benefits of the BFC?

A: Because I know the power of synergy (supportive nutrition, cardiovascular and resistance exercise).
